About: Samuel Kjellberg
A native of Minneapolis-Saint Paul, Samuel Kjellberg received his BM at Concordia College, Moorhead in Music Theory/Composition and Philosophy, attending on a Percussion Performance Scholarship. Sam has founded several choruses: New Music Chamber Choir, State Fair Singers, and Academy of Voices. His ensembles have been featured on the Classical MPR stage at the Minnesota State Fair, on Classical MPR’s Regional Spotlight, and the Schubert Club Courtroom Concert series, highlighting composer Edie Hill. Sam is currently pursuing a MM in Choral Conducting at Boston University, also studying voice with Sharon Daniels.
